[ if she's confident in anything other than her cooking, it's her sword arm. But... ]
Erm... Letting off steam, I guess? [ she sounds a bit awkward. ] I felt so frustrated, watching all that happen and not being able to do anything about it... I thought I'd try and look for a way out again. I thought there might be a generator powering this barrier somewhere.
[Ange is quiet for a moment, before she nods firmly.]
Do you mind if I accompany you for a time, then? I know I will be safe with you, and... well, I do not think any of us should be alone after all of that.
[ this was inspired by a mushroom growing in my yard right now. ]
Oh, yeah. I wasn't going to touch something gross like that. [ she shakes her head. ] You're right about this place not following logic, though. I doubt I'll find anything like what I'm looking for.
Yes... a generator of some sort. Now that I have gotten a bit more used to this place, it feels as though we should look for what we least expect instead.
[Then she shakes her head.]
But that is no reason not to look for something that could help everyone. I think you are doing the right thing, Miss Fiora.

[ it's very obvious Fiora wasn't expecting to see anyone else out here - why should she have? Surprise is written clearly on her expression. ]
What are you doing way out here? It might be dangerous.
no subject
...Ah.
[AH....]
Um... oops.
no subject
[ surprise is quickly turning to concern. ]
Don't tell me you forgot what you were doing?
[ THE NOVA IS LEAVING SO FAST ]

[She holds up her hands immediately.]
I came out here to take a breather... I just hadn't realized how far out I'd come. That's all.
no subject
You've got to be careful. It's not safe around here - especially if you haven't got a way to defend yourself.
[ ange looks very delicate and non-combative, so Fiora makes an assumption. ]
no subject
You're right... the last thing I want to do is cause any more trouble for everyone, considering everything...
[A sigh.]
But then... what are you doing out here, Miss Fiora?
no subject

Of course you can. I haven't found anything more unusual than a weird mushroom, so far, anyway.

How strange are we talking, exactly?

no subject
That does sound ominous... it was probably better to leave it alone.
Admittedly, there is a lot here that seems to just... not follow logic.

You're giving me way too much credit, Ange. I'm just here because I can't bear to sit still after all that.
no subject
So it is up to me to balance things out.
[...]
After all, I think trying to do something is worth an awful lot in a situation like this.

If you don't mind my asking, what sorts of problems did you usually face?
no subject
[ especially because all this stuff is common knowledge back home. ]
We're at war back home, so most of our problems have to do with the Mechon. That, or driving off beasts that are causing trouble for people.
no subject
It sounds terribly frightening, being in the middle of a war. When you are able to go home... will you be all right?
no subject
Of course I will. I think we're going to win soon - then the whole Bionis will finally have peace.
no subject
That would be wonderful, I think... a world at peace like that, I mean.
And then you will be able to rest and take it easy, right?
